A client may purchase a highly effective program built by one of our coaches that has been used time and time again for great results. No live coaching is involved, BUT don’t let that deter you; you still have video or written instructions, the intent of each phase and workout expressed, daily fitness progress tracking, and your schedule all built out for you on your app. You only need to show up daily and do the work.

David is a seasoned personal trainer and coach with over a decade of experience, including 8 years as a competitive swimmer under Olympic coaching. He has dedicated over 20 years to athletic strength and performance training in the gym, gaining in-depth knowledge in achieving high-performance goals. Holding a Bachelor’s in Health and Fitness Management since 2010, David is a professional committed to his craft.

He trains clients at a top-tier facility known for working with professional athletes and offers virtual training nationwide. His expertise spans fat loss, strength and conditioning, athletic performance fundamentals, and Physical Therapy maintenance.

Meet Ian Rolfes, a passionate and understanding fitness trainer who transformed his life from struggling with weight gain during college due to mental health concerns. With the support of loved ones and the guidance of mentors, Ian overcame numerous fitness hurdles, learning from his mistakes and the wisdom of others.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Health Science, with a thesis on Childhood Obesity, and a Master’s in Emergency Management, focusing on global health disparities. Initially driven by aesthetics, Ian’s journey evolved into a commitment to a healthy lifestyle and strength.
