Frequently Asked Questions
FAQ
Yes, the Personalized Training option does have nutrition guidance support. The app has built-in macro/nutrition tracking and interchangeable recipes built to your specific goals, and you will have your coach to ask questions, too.
What services do you offer?
Lean Performance Life offers Online Fitness Coaching and Ready-made programs.
How do the programs work?
Online Fitness Coaching is full service; upon purchasing, your coach will set up a time to do a phone call to do a full assessment and get to know you better. In this call, your coach will get all the information needed to build your custom program, answer your questions, and help you with nutrition guidance. Your app will also have a messaging system so you can reach out to them whenever you need to help you continue with your results.
Ready-made programs are programs that have been tested and proven to help you towards the goal that that specific program is designed for. There is no live coach with this option. However, the schedule is built out, the options within the app are still the same, you will perform for the required amount of time, and once the program is over, you may purchase another, downgrade to a basic level on the app, or even upgrade to full coaching if you’d like.
Am I locked into a contract?
At the moment, there is no contract. The one thing we do ask is to give your coach the time and effort necessary to reach your goals. We know that big goals require more time and often more effort. If a client joins and discontinues their service 2 months in, there is no problem with this, but ask that clients understand that this time frame (or similar situations) may not have the results that a greater period would reveal.
Ready-made programs: once you purchase, you will have your program full. While there is no contract, due to the nature of the product, the sale is final with no return. If there’s an issue, please email leanperformancelife@gmail.com, and we will be happy to find you a better option.
I don’t have much (or any equipment), can I still use this service?
Ready-made programs will need the required equipment or something similar. The app will have the ability to substitute an exercise if needed, but please be aware of the program you are purchasing.
Online Fitness Coaching: your coach will build your program based on the available equipment, space, client experience level, and client schedule. We ask that clients inform their coaches about when they might be traveling so our coaches can adjust the program as needed.
I haven’t exercised in a while (or at all) and am nervous or don’t know where to start - can you help?
What happens if I am unable to do an exercise or if my gym doesn’t have what the pre-programmed plans are asking for?
How much does LPL cost? Are there different costs for different services?
Why $200 for Online Fitness Coaching? When you look at Personal Training as a service at a gym, you will find that it costs anywhere between $180/month to $1,500+ depending on the facility you’re at, the time per session, and the frequency at which you train. $200/month to have access to a coach and live support!
Do you offer nutritional support?
How do I get the most out of my program?
Online Fitness Coaching: stay connected to your coach by asking questions, interacting with your app daily, and tracking your stats.
I would like to cancel my subscription; how do I do this?
Just email leanperformancelife@gmail.com, and we’ll take care of that for you.
