This program is designed to anyone from their current state and elevate their performance through strategic phases that will prepare you for an upcoming event or even just get you feeling healthier, stronger and ready for whatever you might want to get into.

Included with purchase:

  • Planned (suggested) schedule for your program. *adjustable if needed.
  • Progress tracking: Weight used / reps / PR’s / body metrics that you enter.

This program has 4 phases

Phase 2

Another 2 weeks of work, now including assistance work to work on any areas of improvement.

Phase 4

3 weeks of work, you’re working on higher performance strength training and conditioning. You’ll be pushing yourself both in lifting and conditioning. Having your numbers and increased strength, you can now work at a higher level.

*This program is 10 weeks long and will start the Monday after you purchase. This is to help the client prepare and have a set schedule. App access to your program will cease after the program has completed. You will have a downloadable version available to you in your messenger.

Phase 1

2 weeks of prep work. This lasts 2 weeks and is designed to prep you through highly effective strength work. New and Experienced lifters both will be able to test their current numbers and set the pace for the rest of the program while preparing your body to handle what is to come.

Phase 3

2 weeks built off the last 2 focused on power output. By now you have a solid understanding of your strength gains and have standards of strength.

Phase 5

1 week of deloading. If you have an event, this is your time to recover before your event. Light work and soft tissue work and stretching to make sure you’re ready for your event. If NO event – a week to cash in on your hard work and start over again if you choose to do so.

The Official Strength & Physique Program

Lean Performance Life offers the same but has additional support via your coach, who will be in direct contact with you to help answer your questions, check in on you for accountability and to make sure that you get the best results possible. Meet Ian Rolfes. Ian hasn’t always been into fitness and health. During his college years, he gained a substantial amount of weight in a limited time due to mental health concerns. However, with the support of family and friends and the guidance of David Hughes, he was able to alter his lifestyle. You will not meet a more down-to-earth, passionate, and understanding trainer, as he has dealt with many of the challenges that people new to fitness often experience, such as not eating enough, neglecting weight training, and overcoming various obstacles in daily life. Every client Ian has, he invests in as if it were his own story, seeing their success as an inspiration for himself.

Before Ian found what worked for him, he made nearly all of the mistakes in the book. Guided by those more knowledgeable than him, he began to see progress, inspiring him to further his education in this field. Ian holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Health Science from the University of Maryland and wrote his thesis on Childhood Obesity. He also has a Master’s in Emergency Management, studying health discrepancies throughout the world and their impact on various aspects. Ian is passionate about helping people find their “why” in training, having initially focused on aesthetics, but realizing that wasn’t for him. He has now shifted his focus to living a healthy lifestyle and becoming the strongest he can be. Ian has experienced every pitfall along his fitness journey, providing him with the experience and guidance to help his clients avoid common issues and truly understand challenges
